The Gran Teatre del Liceu is located at the following address:
La Rambla, 59, Ciutat Vella, 08002 Barcelona
https://www.liceubarcelona.cat/

Access for artists, crew, and other staff members is through the entrance located at the Box Office area.

On the first day of access to the theatre, entry must be coordinated through the Ballet de Catalunya production team, which will provide each person with a badge.
This badge will grant access for the entire period of the stay or production.

Our team will guide you to your assigned dressing rooms upon arrival.
You will also receive a reusable water bottle, which you can refill at the water stations located inside the theatre.
This initiative is part of the Liceu’s environmental policy, aimed at protecting the planet and eliminating single-use plastic.

AIRPORT TRANSFER

AIRPORT TRANSFER

Transportation from the airport to the hotel, and from the hotel back to the airport, is provided by VIP MONTPE TOURS.

The driver will be waiting for you at the airport’s arrivals exit, holding a sign with your name on it, once you have collected your luggage and exited the terminal. The transfer will be made in a private car.

If you do not see your driver upon arrival, please remain near the exit door where you came out, as it is possible the driver has not yet spotted you.

Return transfers from the hotel to the airport will depart from in front of the hotel and will be scheduled approximately three hours before your flight’s departure time.
Your exact pickup time will be indicated in the Event Manager, where you can check the precise time to be downstairs at the reception ready for departure.

COCKTAIL

SALO DELS MIRALLS

On November 9th, following the premiere, you are kindly invited to proceed swiftly to the Saló dels Miralls, the emblematic hall of the Gran Teatre del Liceu, where a cocktail reception will be held in your honor.

Please attend in formal evening attire. We suggest not delaying your arrival — the delicacies are exquisite and tend to disappear rather quickly.

Dress Code – Post-Première Cocktail

Attire: Elegant Cocktail / Formal Attire

We kindly ask all guests to dress in elegant cocktail or formal attire, suitable for a gala evening.

  • Women: Cocktail dress or formal ensemble — sophisticated yet not full evening gown.

  • Men: Dark suit or blazer with dress trousers and shirt; tie recommended.

  • General: Please avoid casual clothing such as jeans, sneakers, or overly informal wear.
