Technique and choreography for adults.
For adults · Tuesdays and Thursdays, 16:30 – 17:30. A space to explore movement, creativity and body expression from a free and current perspective. No audition.
The programme
Our contemporary dance class offers a space where adults explore movement, creativity and body expression from a free and current perspective.
Every class works on technique and choreography: we work technically, dynamically and musically.
In class
Weight, floor and release: the other language a body can learn. Floor work, falls and recoveries, spirals, breath and momentum.
Sequences and pieces built across the season, so what you learn in technique becomes dance.
Dynamics, musicality and a free, current way of moving.
Timetable & fees
Classes run from September to June, following the school calendar.
No audition
Fees for the 2026/2027 season. The registration fee is paid once and is not refundable. Ask the school office about the discounts: they are applied at enrolment.
