The Internship Program for dancers — whether professional or pre-professional — is exclusively open to citizens of Japan and South Korea who are seeking to gain professional experience by joining the corps de ballet of Ballet de Catalunya.
Interns will take part in the company’s daily classes, rehearsals, and performances, fully immersing themselves in the rhythm and rigor of a professional ballet company.
This internship program is designed to offer professional and pre-professional dancers from Japan and South Korea the opportunity to gain real professional experience by joining the corps de ballet of Ballet de Catalunya.
Interns will take part in the company’s daily ballet classes, rehearsals, and performances, fully immersing themselves in the daily life of a professional ballet company.
The program is also intended for dancers who may currently be in between engagements, allowing them to stay artistically and physically prepared for future opportunities. While the main focus is on stage experience, participation in performances depends on the internal casting and calendar of the company, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
